Every package includes unlimited communication plus rehearsal and day-of coordination. We want you to feel informed during this process and will be available for any questions or concerns you may have.

At the rehearsal, we will practice the ceremony to ensure the wedding party knows where to be and when for your special day. We will also do a walk-through of the venue to finalize the plan for vendor setup along with floor and decor arrangements.
​
On your wedding day, we will be there from set-up to send off directing vendors, cueing the ceremony, timeline management, and everything else in between so you and your family can relax and enjoy the day.

Something New
Our full-service package is designed for couples who want expert guidance from “yes” to “I do.” We handle the details, the logistics, and the moving pieces, so you can stay present, excited, and stress-free throughout the entire planning journey.

​Includes:
Initial Vision and Budget Meeting: We start with a deep-dive consultation to define your wedding vision by understanding your love story, style, priorities, and budget.
Custom Planning Timeline: A detailed month-to-month (and later week-by-week) checklist so you always know what's coming next and what we are doing behind the scenes.

Venue Research & Selection: We find venues that match your style, guest count, and budget, schedule tours, review contracts and help you choose the perfect location for your ceremony and reception.
​
Vendor Sourcing & Management: We will request quotes, set up consultation meetings and review contracts from new or trusted vendors along with being the main point of contact.

Something Old
Our partial-service package is perfect for couples who have already started planning. You've booked some vendors, chosen your venue and have a vision for your day but would like an organized partner to refine the details and finalize the plan so you can relax and enjoy.

Planning Review Meeting: We start with a detailed review of everything you've already booked and planned so we know exactly where you are and what's left to do.
​
Customized Planning Timeline: A detailed month-to-month (and later, week-by-week) checklist so you always know what's coming next and what we are doing behind the scenes.
​
Vendor Review: We review existing vendor contracts for timing, services and the fine print. Additionally, if you need a few vendors we will provide recommendations that fit your style and budget.

Something Blue
This wedding day coordination package is designed for couples who have their vendors booked and details decided, but want a professional in the final stretch. We step in, learn your plan inside and out, and make sure everything runs smoothly so you, your family and the wedding party can be fully present for the big day.

Includes:
Final Details Meeting: A comprehensive meeting about 4-6 weeks before you tie the knot. We review all details you've worked so hard on, confirm what's done, what's left, and how you want the day to flow.
​
Venue & Vendor Communication: We introduce ourselves to the venue & vendors as the main point of contact. We confirm arrival times, services, setup needs, and any key details so everyone is on the same page.
